The platform is user-friendly and there is lots of support. I'm just learning and loving how easy it is to create my first e-book

Waste of time and money. Paid online but cannot set up my password as it keeps stating 'Loading'. I have been trying this since yesterday but the same problem exists. I contacted them for support on 2-3 occasions but no luck despite stating they respond within 20 minutes! In the end, I contacted them via Instagram and they simply told me to contact via their support page which is managed by a chatbot! I am left very disappointed with this purchase.

I saved thousands of dollars. Thank you, Paul, for this Amazing Program. This is my debut book. I was unaware of the labor-intensive process that goes into creating a finished book. Without Designrr, I would have been unable to complete it. The graphic designer I would need to hire to finish my job, according to my editor, would cost hundreds or perhaps thousands of dollars extra. Overall Designerr is an excellent tool, outstanding value for money and I'd highly recommend anyone getting it. The only reason I've not given it 5 stars is because there are some aspects of the user interface that aren't particularly intuitive and it takes a bit of getting used to! However, it's a small niggle because the output is really professional which really enhances your reputation/image.

This software is very user-friendly and great for writer's block. I would highly recommend it to anyone serious about writing.

I had a couple of problems using some of the software I purchased but Josiah and the tech support team figured out the problem in a short time and had the solution.
