I've purchased the lifetime access and the pro subscription. as soon as I started to use the platform, I noticed that the the built in editor is very weak(a lot of defaultand usual features are missing). so, I decided to calncel my pro subscription. designrr cancelled my access an I lost all my works. run away and choose another system. note i've asked for a refundONLY for pro subscrption NOT FOR the one time purchase there was an explicit option in the refund system for this and i've checked it! Again; worst experience with designrr. they don't care aboute users. run away! choose another platform!

I created a pdf brochure using Canva and was able to create a flipbook from it within a few minutes of singing up. Fantastic!

Designerr.io somehow managed to make something less intuitive than MS Word. It's highly limiting * you can't have an image take up an entire page * you can't make some pages NOT use the header, it's all or nothing! * settings don't hold. Various colors, fonts, etc will just magically change on its own * "Put text on all headers" doesn't work * If you remove a sentence or paragraph, you have to manually move all paragraphs up. Customer service is garbage. They won't answer your question, just route you to a "help" page that doesn't help. When you finally find out that something just isn't possible from them, they just say "sorry" and sign off. No attempts at a workaround or anything. I've spent an entire day building a flipbook from a Word doc I already had formatted how I wanted only to end up with a final product that isn't what I want. But at least it's a flipbook, I guess.

This is the best software I have ever used, not only the software they also provide the best customer service.

I like the interactivity of the platform. Enables you to explore and be creative. One thing I must urge is that transparency should be key in the offering. i.e. 100K credits, in Wordgenie, when is meant to be unlimited. However, my experience so far has been great and I enjoy Designrr. Well done to a great platform.
