They will continue to bill you. You will have to TEXT someone who doesn’t respond for hours to attempt to get your refund back.

COMPLETE SCAM! Avoid UpGrow at all costs. They ignore multiple cancellation requests and continue charging more than the original subscription amount. Their service is full of fake followers with zero engagement, and their customer support is completely non-existent. They do not provide a safe or transparent cancellation process. I am now trying to connect with my bank to recover my money. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
