We had an account and money was tight so we couldn't pay for a few weeks. Understandably, our account was suspended. No problems there. Except when we did finally pay, they informed us that it'd take a week for the service to come back. So instead of paying for a full month of use we'd be paying for 3 weeks and then paying for the next month. See the problem? Plus selections are limited. I can count a few hundred times I've wanted to watch something but it wasnt on Octopus. They're a money thirsty company that doesn't care for quality and goes for the quick buck.
