Pretty sure I got scammed. No contact after purchase, asked my bank to get my money back

Ordered goods and then several days later received a refund with no explanation as to why they couldn't fulfil the order despite emailing them and asking why? Subsequently placed an order for an alternative product and nearly 2 weeks later I have not received this order and despite 3 emails asking for an update I have heard nothing from them so I will now have to cancel this order (well I will try) and purchase from elsewhere as these guys are clearly incompetent.

Very friendly and cooperative customer service. My item was lost in the post twice but the customer services was spot on as they keep checking if item is delivered. They have to post item thrice. Finally received the item. Could have been 5 star if item got delivered in time but it was not their fault.
