I instructed Exclusive Law for a conveyancing matter. Unfortunately, my experience was not very good, but luckily, we got over the line and completed before they ceased trading for conveyancing matters. After three months in my new property and finding out it hadn't been changed into my name with the land registry I contacted Exclusive Law and spoke to Tracy rowlinson regarding this and an outstanding unresolved financial matter. She reassured me that the land registry issue would be dealt with, over a few weeks my management company had the relevant documents and the property transferred into my name.
