Ordered from Black Friday as I saw some good discounts on branded products. DHL/Evri delivered the item and left it at the front door. It wasn’t there when I returned home. Trying to explain to the useless customer service agents, Joey and Calvin that I had not received the products and they said it wasn’t down to them. Evri refuse to speak to me either Complete refusal to help me. I have paid £60 for products I have not received. I asked to escalate to a manager and they gave me the same email address as before. Complete incompetence
