I placed 3 orders in OCTOBER 2024. They never arrived, and I never got a full refund. I can prove everything. I was really happy with this company until customs were stopping all orders. Orders were taking one month to arrive to CANARY ISLANDS, but I was happy to wait for everything cause products are very good. But my last experience has not been good. You have lost a good customer. You haven’t answered my emails ( I wanted to know why you didn’t refund me all my money ) So I didn’t get my products, and I lost money.

I really like the fact it's so easy to mix, and the flavor is amazing; but way, way too sweet! If you guys could cut down on the sugar a bit, it would have been fantastic.

No problems from the ordering through delivery. It can't get better than that.
