I have yet to try the product but what I opened up just now would warrant this star rating even if the product is stellar. I ordered two tubs of the gorilla shredz in cherry lime. I just opened both up and they are completely crystallized. In fact about a half inch’s worth of product is completely solid at the bottom in one tub. I read similar reviews about clumped up powder on Amazon but ignored them and purchased from the company’s actual website chalking the reviews up to product discrepancies that can happen when you buy off of Amazon. It is clear that this is unanimously a product issue and now I have two tubs of powder that I likely cannot use.
