Definitely not a tour company I would recommend to potential clients not would I do business with them in the future. The customer experience was horrific. I have no issues paying a service fee however I think that good service deserves recognition and that mediocre service bordering on dismal should not COMMAND/ DEMAND such. Time is money for both myself and your company. Running late without an apology is unexceptable. As a foreigner I also expected a rich history from the guide whether semi/filly guided instead I struggled to hear most of what the guide tried to piece together. While the strategy may work for your current business model I think that you should work on aiming for excellence and I'm afraid I was not impressed

Organization was excellent. Tour guide, Jonathan is very nice and friendly with great concern to all the tourists. He's very caring and patient to those who can't follow the time promptly. Actually this is my third time to take a tour with this company. Two here in USA and one in Canada. Looking forward to another tour.

very trustful tours

Me and 2 friends took the Take Tours 7 Day San Fran - LA - Las Vegas tour with West Coast Holidays. Stupid me booked without reading reviews and was devastated by peoples terrible experiences of West Coast Holidays. We contacted Take Tours for reassurance but this didn't come. We considered cancelling but decided to go ahead regardless. All our communication with Take Tours has been quick and easy considering we're in the UK and them in America. Even adding an additional person on wasn't any trouble and no additional admin fee. Couldn't really fault the tour itself, yes there were a lot of Asian tourists on it but it wasn't a problem. The tour did everything it said on the tin, hotels, the sites, the guides and drivers were all pretty efficient doing there jobs which can be difficult heading 30-50 tourists (stupid ones at times) around. The tour does involve a lot of travelling getting up early 4.30- 5.00 am, the journeys can be long and uncomfortable, and the buses weren't always the cleanest. No breakfasts included but picking something up prior to the journeys and on route is easy and your own preference. We were offered Chinese buffets but you didn't have to take it up. Lots of toilet breaks as they don't use the restrooms on the bus out of consideration to all passengers. Only complaints the airport pick up, we didn't have a definite confirmed hotel it said or similar on the itinerary and there was no tour guide at the designated meeting place, we were anxious reading reviews and not be able to contact West Coast Holidays. If we'd have known exact hotel we could have got a free airport shuttle ourselves instead of waiting over 90 minutes for a tour guide and paying $5 pp not what you want after 11 hours travelling and along wait in the customs line! The tour is cheap and basic compared to other similar tours I suppose you get what you pay for. With this in mind it totally fulfilled our expectations but were low after reading the reviews. I've travelled with Shoestring Tours in the past which I would compare to this. We also took the option of the San Diego city tour which was great.

Excellent tour as well as the tour guide Ben. Highly recommended to family and friends. Would like to go on a tour to Ct,Mass Vermont, New Hampshire, amzRhode Island n Maine area. Price was very reasonable.
