As much as I've enjoyed Dr. Gundry's superior marketing, when I finally heard something that appealed to me, I bought three of his products. Unfortunately, they were a massive disappointment. The ad was for the MCT product, which he (falsely) claimed replicated the results of weight loss from DNP exposure in WWII. I was very familiar with DNP, having worked for a doctor that used DNP with great success for weight loss - until his medical license was suspended for using DNP on his patients. I was excited that Dr. G had found a way to replicate the results of DNP without the toxic aspect. I also upgraded with the various products that came up for specials when I placed the order which would supposedly enhance my results. One was a probiotic colon cleaner, which resulted in the worst and smelliest flatulence I had ever experienced in my life. I managed it for several weeks before I could no longer handle the "release". The other was a fruit flavor powder that would not mix with water, and didn't taste very good, needing stevia to make it palatable. After the first two months of their recommended trial and getting no results, I requested a refund. They told me to continue another month (the full 90 day guarantee period), and essentially to go on a keto diet with intermittent fasting so their product would work better (uh, DNP didn't required keto and fasting to work, and keto and fasting alone would work with or without their product, but don't work well in my family's lifestyle). I sent everything back for a refund, and they did process that quickly, including allowing me to return empty containers to save on international shipping. This is the only reason they got two stars instead of one. I had paid international shipping with the purchase, import fees to cross the border, and international shipping to return the containers, so I continued to take the product since I had paid a fair amount for it anyway. Here I am, probably now about 5-6 months out and finished with their product, and had ZERO results. ZERO. I am sad to say that Dr. Gundry does not meet his own hype. And the reason he has such good reviews on his site is that he wouldn't post my honest review on his site.

I have used Bio Complete 3 and Total Restore for several years and have found them both to be excellent products. However, while I still get email offers and updates, the last twice that I have tried to order I have received refunds and been told they can no longer be delivered to the UK or Ireland. I have run out of Total Restore and my Bio Complete 3 supplies are rapidly diminishing also. I'm not sure if this will be resolved?

Weight loss has been slow but steady. I do use this product combined with Bio complete 3 and Vital Roots. All systems are go👍. The taste and texture are both well done. I also checked in with your service department to see if these 3 items all correlated together, your technician was very helpful, Thanks and keep up the good work. Steve

It tastes good but I take so many other Gundry products that I don’t take it everyday

Essential Orange - I use this product in the afternoon, it provides a nice boost to my energy, calms my gut especially if I had lunch at a restaurant ..taste is ok.. I strongly recommend

I have ordered many of your products. Some have come quickly some have taken awhile. All have met my expectations. I'm happy with the education I've received from Dr. Gundry and have passed it on to many people. Just keep being an honest business and i'll be your customer until you're not.

I have had this drink for few years now and loved it, I workout a lot and this the only protein drink that I’ve had that keeps me energised without feeling bloated like every protein drink that I’ve tried so far. I even have shared this with my gym members. But only problem is that this product is stopped at our customs in Australia.

Best protein powder for me! I ha etried quite a number. This one has the right ingredients and tastes really good - rich chocolate taste.

I had a very negative reaction to the Bio Complete 3. It contains dextrin which I have learned is a starch that can come from corn, wheat or potatoes. I have an issue with all of these foods. This type of information should be listed on the label. I began having adverse symptoms after only 5 capsules taken over a three day period. In addition, it does not state this is GMO free which is a whole new set of problems. I am baffled why any health professional would use these ingredients in a health product. I became very agitated with the rep I was chatting with when he tried to persuade me into taking the full 90 day supply before I request a refund. That person does not know anything about me or my health challenges. He has nothing to lose by trying to bully me into continuing to take a product. Had I followed his recommendation I would have been in a very dangerous situation. I had to loudly protest his recommendation before I finally received return instructions.
