Excellent service! I purchased three catchalls online. After a week without a shipping confirmation, I filled out a Contact form and received an email from Marie within 48 hours explaining that the design had changed. She sent photos of the new design and once I gave her the go-ahead, she put in the order and they were shipped with DHL. They arrived within a week of the last email and they are exactly the same as some that I had bought in Florence a few weeks earlier. Would definitely recommend this company and their products!

Wonderful product and shipped was VERY quick!

I purchased a beautiful brown purse with my initials embossed on the purse. Extremely pleased with the excellent craftsmanship of the purse and the staff were very polite. When I got home I wanted to order additional items and signed up for the newsletter to receive 10% discount on my order. I sent a message requesting the 10% be applied prior to completing the transaction however it’s been a couple of days and all I get is they’re off line. Please get back with me.
