Ross Aldridge took my case after it had been dragging on for almost 5 years without resolution. As soon as my case handler, Peter Trotman, took my case the way I was dealt with and the urgency was apparent. Communication was constant and I was kept informed at every stage. Needless to say, my case was wrapped up within a few months (would have been sooner if it wasn't for the other party stalling) and my compensation was more than was expected.
