Great experience and very helpful staff

Hello everyone, I had my Edmonton to Mumbai return tickets (3 adult 2 kids) booked with another travel agency from where I was purchasing tickets from last 5 year with their agent. That travel agency is reputed and I still trust them but the agent that I trusted, did not advised me better while booking ticket and had to book non refundable and non cancellable ticket which is even 6 month earlier ticket because we all know when we trust someone we just book tickets in fear of price change later on. That person took advantage of my trust and issued me ticket way over than actual price (3500 CAD). Same day I had contact of RISHABH from one of my friend. Rishabh was amazing to talk and discuss about requirements and actually educated me how and when we should be booking tickets. He found me same ticket same flight same date same time ticket for less than Cad 3500 than my regular agency that I had to purchase ticket with. And when I asked those guys , why it is so much costly even it is 6 month advance ticket , never got satisfying answers , so I paid reasonable margin over actual ticket and full ticket price, compared to price that was offered by Rishabh (Metairfare) after 2 days for same ticket and still they are calling , texting and threatening for ticket cancelling. I did not mentioned name here because I still trust that agency for good service i received in past and do not want to ruin there business just because one employee broke my trust. But, will mention all matter if i have to if it becomes too stressful for me and my family. I work in hazards environment and this is very stressful not concentrating my job as it could lead into accident. I found my actual ticket price from Air Canada directly and even they said this is quite high that agent charged. Ticket price I found from Air Canada was very close to price offered by Rishabh. So i would highly recommend Rishabh (Metairfare) for booking your tickets. He is very friendly to talk with and thinks towards customers benefit instead of making more sale only.
