Generally I am very reluctant by flight booking agent by hearing bad customer experiences. I mostly book my flights by myself from airlines websites. Though this time it was very difficult to search for good flights for international travel and I couldn't grab time from my busy schedule. But then I came across Metairfare travel booking. I swear I have recieved such a tremendous support from this agent. Especially Tarun, he have always picked my call and listened to every requests carefully and fulfilled them with very ease. As a customer I needed good flight connectivity, short duration of lay overs, less stops, etc. All these requests have been taken into consideration and I was always on call them back and forth during mornings and nights. I never felt left in the air but always got a timely response which enticed me to book the tickets with them in the end. After final ticket they will explain each and every flight details and always asking if I am fine with it. They also asked for my Aeroplan number so I could get those points. They will issue tickets within 15-20 mins after payment. In the end to summarize, I would absolutely recommend metairfare group for any travel or flight booking service. Thank god!! I finally got an amazing agent to rely upon without any hassle...!!!
