Terrible service, won't respond to contact

I ordered on August 19th and have had no update on my order 2 weeks later. Very disappointed and just want my money back now

I placed an order for £125.00

I placed an order for £125.00, I got an e-mail to confirm then an e-mail the next day saying the products had shipped with a Royal Mail tracking number. This was two weeks ago, the Royal Mail tracking still says that they are waiting for the order. I have tried to contact British Vitamins on numerous occasions via the email address provided on the email receipt of the order and have not had one reply. Pathetic customer service and will not touch this organisation with a barge pole in the future. I am currently in contact with Mastercard to see if I can get my money back.

Still haven't received my package…

Still haven't received my package what's even more annoying is I paid for express delivery and the estimated dates were 22nd-27th August, I have sent multiple emails no response whatsoever. Shocking if you ask me. Giving this 3 stars since all products and supplements are natural not filled with binders/fillers. Just frustrated with the wait.

British Vitamins have gone down hill

Ordered my vitamins on 19th of August, I emailed and contacted customer service via the website to check where the order is and when it will be sent, and still no response. It is now 30th of August, my order has still not arrived nor have I received an email that it has been shipped and they send me this email to review my experience??? British Vitamins have gone down hill. Someone must have taken over or something as even my mum had horrible experience with the customer service not long ago - unprofessional cheeky responses with exclamation marks, as though teenagers were running the place; I couldn't believe what I was reading.
