I have been purchasing from british vitamims for a couple of years now. I like that they are 3rd party tested and have no fillers or binders. Really great choice of vitamims, I especially lile the. Magnesium products and would like it if you could sell starflower oil vitamin or borage oil.

Since their update to their payment system, it's gone to hell. Failed payments not working or processing at all despite several attempts over weeks. Then, their system duplicated my order and charged me for two of everything! Emailed them asking them to cancel one of the orders. No response at all, and they sent me an order as if I'd asked for 2 of everything on one order, rather than document a duplicated order. Customer service has been terrible, sending non-answers in response to my questions. Used to be good, now I'm going to go elsewhere, it's not worth the pain of trying to make an order or having to contact them.

Product good Delivery slow but the worst point is the payment system. They don’t allow you to just pay by visa PayPal etc. they force you to go through ClearView which splits your payment automatically into 4 monthly payments. By doing this you could end up with 3 or 4 items still not paid for in full. By doing this the total monthly payments really mount up and can really catch people out if they don’t have enough money in their account when requested payment is due. And get this if you don’t have enough to make the payment they charge you £6 each time. The is pay day loans by another name. For this reason I have stopped trading with them

I have already done a short review,I'm going to do a longer review.I've had crohns disease for 42 years,not much digestive tract left,also have asthma attacks from some foods and some proscribed drugs,that's the over view so to be able to find vitiams and mineral to take and not worry about my health and to feel a lot better then I have for years is wonderful.Thank you British vitiams
