Loving the extra sessions and now the membership options available at Align by Ally!!! My session at 7am with Liv today was a the best way to start the day it’s going to hurt tomorrow (the best kind of hurt)!!!

30 years of injuries, spine, neck, head and rib and leg injuries and bones i didn't even know were out of kilter attended to in 8 sessions and pain level less and sleeping better, it is plane to see it does help quality of life a huge amount! much gratitude to Diane Chaplin and team! Both my daughter and myself have been having treatment at Allalign. Diane and Morgan have been absolutely fabulous and we are both feeling the benefits of our treatment. The atmosphere was relaxing and staff very caring. First time for a massage of hips and knees . Morgan was gentle, yet very powerful , finding some knots on the way. Amazing - Immediately after treatment I could get out of a chair without pushing and extra support - I appreciated no over sell for next appointment !
