Charged £141.67 + vat to clear my gutters and down pipes, which took less than an hour. Claimed my kitchen roof was about to fall in and needed urgent replacement, Whilst waiting for the quote I decided to measure the roof and found the damage was all on the edge and recent. Then found some gutters hadn't been cleaned, blocked down pipes, the reason given was he couldn't reach, which later changed to they were an oversight. How you can professionally clean gutters without using a ladder to 1st asses the job is a joke. Also claimed they didn't need to provide an invoice because we paid cash.

The work was done fast and efficiently and to my complete satisfaction. Steve explained everything he was doing and took many photographs. He is a highly professional roofer and I shall certainly be going back to him.
