I know a lot of different Internet-stores such focalprice.com, but none of them has such a large range of goods. But the first thing that struck me was the high-speed delivery. So quickly goods from abroad I had ever received. The quality of the goods also be pleasantly surprised me. Since then I buy the necessary goods only on me focalprice.com!

I have placed almost 70 orders on this site, mostly i buy tablet pc's and android mobile phones, new products fast shipping and good prices, all products delivered at a good working condition, in some cases when the products were defective, i contacted rma service and they sent a new one or refunded me. Lately they ship via sweden post to europe which is really fast, 15-20 days for delivery. Very good shopping experience.

Never had any problems with Focalprice. They have fast shippment from shop to post office. Recommended.

I buy stuff from focalprice almost every month. Already had problems with package that was lost, but they always gave me a refund or resend. Recently some cases was lost form Curitiba to São Paulo and they told me I could go after it: "It is in your contry, it is easy for you to contact it and get it. Thanks for your cooperation". I didnt had the sender information to contact brazillian post office, and its not my responsability. I´m still waiting for a response, probably lost this money. Dont recomend!!!

I'm Focalprice's customer since several years ago and NEVER had a problem with their products. Parcels come always well-packaged and protected. Valuable items are dispatched via SingPost, that has an excellent tracking service right to my door. In the rare cases that some "glitch" occurred (maybe a missing accessory or delay in shipping) Focalprice's customer support performed SUPERBLY: Always polite, professional and diligent. Because of this, I prefer Focalprice over other stores.

Negative reviews rejected by Focalprice ALWAYS!!! i made many orders on focalprice... and posted a lot of pictures videos and reviews!!!...but they publish the positive ones.... and NEVER the negatives i have wrighten! so dont pay attencion in the reviews...!!!!
