I received an order that had been packaged incorrectly. I called the company, and Alicia (who answered my call ) made everything right. She needed a picture of what I was describing to her. She walked me through all steps of using my phone camera (I'm not very tech savvy!). I was so pleased and impressed how she handled every detail and totally took care of me. Northshore has been a great experience from the start. I only called the first time I ordered from the and the young lady that helped was very understanding and made some great suggestions based on my needs. Free samples that came with the first two orders were very useful. ( though I didn't order the booster pads because the diapers are so absorbent they don't need them). I will continue to order from Northshore. Shipping was pretty fast 2 to 3 days. G The only suggestion is maybe free shipping. Thank you for being there in a time of embarrassing need.
