Requested two different samples of Northshore products to try. I was meet with great customer service and willingness to help me.

I have bought diapers from North Shore for about a year now. I like their products and you can't beat their diapers. The diapers are well made, and are decently priced. Now they added an ABDL section which is great. I hope they start selling different items as well.

I had to put my dad in a nursing home recently and was having trouble finding good diapers as he has been dealing with a bad rash. I was having trouble deciding and called them directly to ask questions. I spoke to a wonderful lady named Janet who was so nice and offered to send some samples. Imagine my surprise when I got a box full of samples. I was so surprised and was so happy I had already ordered some and they are such a nice quality and so so much better than what we were using.
