DO NOT USE! Arranged an end of tenancy clean which the cleaner turned up 30 mins late and performed at a poor level with numerous areas missed even though it was a small 2 bed flat. These were picked up on the inventory report and while they offered to come back and rectify these, it was obviously too late as the landlord has already hired a different cleaner to fix the issues. They have now refused to compensate me as they have a strict no refund policy, which is against the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - BEWARE BEFORE USING!
