I have two Europalm Phoenix Luxor

I have two Europalm palm trees and most of the leaves have fallen off. It’s under its three year warranty which LTT refuse to honour as they now say the tress are unsuitable for outside even though their website said at date of purchase that they are suitable for outside use. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

J'ai commandé un lustre le 14.11.2022. Il a été livré à une autre personne que le destinataire initial. Au bout d'un mois et demi, toujours rien reçu et aucun remboursement. FUYEZ ABSOLUMENT CETTE ENTREPRISE !

I initially had a problem with my delivery

I initially had a problem with my delivery, which I must stress was not LTT but their delivery partner DPD. As I live in a gated community DPD allowed one of our maintenance people to sign and receive my parcel which is worrying. I reached out to LTT who were more than helpful and finally I received my parcel, although the packaging appears to have been torn open in places. LTT have great products and a very professional service, however, their delivery partner lets them down slightly which is a shame. This was my first experience ordering LTT products, and I would do so again although next time I would opt for perhaps collecting the product from a pickup point as DPD appear reluctant/lazy to actually deliver direct to the customer.

Articles commandés affichés en stock sur leur site internet. Ça fait plus de 2 mois maintenant et les articles ne sont toujours pas reçus ! Je viens de recevoir un mail me disant que la livraison est (de nouveau) décalée pour janvier 2023 (soit 4 mois après la commande). Je suis persuadé que d'ici janvier j'aurais un nouveau mail pour m'informer que ma commande sera de nouveau décalée plus tards... Prix attractifs mais stocks absents. Si vous êtes pressés, passez votre chemin.

Attention à la description

Première commande arrivée rapidement. Mais je pensais recevoir un abat jour pour un pied de lampe et non un abat jour pour plafonnier ou suspension. Je suis allée vérifier sur le site et il n’y a aucune indication ni photo permettant de faire la différence entre abat jour pour lampe ou suspension . Je pourrais le renvoyer mais toutes ces démarches pour 15 e et ne pas être sure de recevoir la bonne pièce, me décourage.
