I believe this Scam I make a reservation on 10/26/21 received a confirmation code and I thought I was all set . But then I find out the the price for my tickets were not guarantee at all when I call they end up hanging up the phone. Don’t trust this site 😡😡😡😡

I was misled on re-booking my JetBlue flight. I called a customer service and thought I got JetBlue. I didnt realize it was Bansal until they sent me an email to get my card authorization. They charged me an extra $400 plus my seats were never ticketed. I finally got through to JetBlue customer service who corrected the issue and said that Bansal overcharged me.

Paul Williams was extremely helpful and patient. I really wish there were more helpful people with this type of attitude. I appreciated his attitude and help with my situation. It was greatly appreciated.
