Web site was very helpful with detailed information on gear/ratio selection for speedometer drive. Order was easily placed over the web site. The only problem was that they shipped a quantity of one for a gear where two were ordered. Considering shipping time from Calgary to Cincinnati, it has delayed the customer's repair about a week to 10 days.
