Previously wrote the below review which was taken down as i had a query from truspilot asking for further information that i missed. Not suer why there was a query I rang a photographer twice and left messages and also sent 2 emails but didnt get a reply and the number i rang on the website didnt answer with the message saying it was a coach. Tried to contact a photographer, 4 attempts with no reply, so rang main number on website. Number is not even this company its for some coaching business!!!

unreliable, do not give this company your money, just go somewhere else

Managed to keep our 3 and 6 year old still for the perfect passport photo, absolute genius!

We have used Melanie before when we lived in darlington and she was excellent. Actually better than expected with lovely studio that was perfect for our little ones. Top quality photos and friendly throughout. Update - forgiving wife says I should remove comments about BRistol man as photos were good and she thinks he was just having bad day
