Great product that fit my wheelchair wheels perfectly. The product was a bit pricey for its size/weight but it's shown in the sturdy quality of the wheel slippers. It arrived very quickly, my only criticism is that I didn't receive email confirmation of my purchase so had no idea when delivery would be or whether/when it had dispatched. I will definitely shop here again if I need to.

I saw on website that there were over 200 items available for product that I was interested in buying. When I phoned company was told that website was wrong and that item was out of stock. (I see that info on website has since been updated). I was offered that there might be a returned item available in warehouse that I could have at reduced cost if this was available. Although I had my doubts about this option, I agreed that they could phone me if this was possible. I am still waiting! I felt that the whole situation was very bizarre and it has put me off from buying from this website.

A purchased item was unsuitable but the company immediately agreed a refund of the purchase cost and provided a prepaid print out for the return.

Simple enough website to navigate and order from. We like the reading ruler, great idea. Would be better (for us) if the numbers on the ruler were painted a different colour so they were easier to read, but they might be a distraction equally so I can see the logic of the current design. Shipped quickly.
