I have been using ADS for many years now and love their service, generally. I recently, by accident, ordered the incorrect ink for my printer. I was a little shocked that I had to pay $12 restocking fee. Also, the returns online didn't work as the product I ordered was marked for b/o. Emma in customer care was great; she got it sorted, and the cartridges have been collected. There was a fair bit of confusion to start but we got there and hopefully I will receive a credit. I prefer to use ADS than one of the other stores, but I do struggle to find a few things that I need to order. They do try to source if they can, and pricing is usually pretty good. The website has got better over the years but is still pretty limited on information and details on the products and a few more photos would be good. I do like the free delivery and free lollies. So, I guess that's why I had to pay to return something.

I generally order online and the process is quick and easy which saves time. Delivery is always prompt and on the odd occasion when I've called with a query, the staff have been very helpful.
