Staff was friendly and helpful.

We've been disappointed with some issues we've had with our cheques not getting banked and we've had to waste time checking at our end when it turns out the cheque we have sent is sitting on the desk of an accounts person, waiting to be banked. Does not seem to be a very efficient system when we've paid you $2,000 +. We understand you'd prefer us to pay by bank transfer, but that's not how we operate.

Response time to questions & queries is always prompt and polite. Delivery is fast, products are top quality and at very reasonable (usually the cheapest) prices. Fantastic, friendly, helpful business to deal with. 100% recommend.

Can't fault the prompt delivery time. Ordered A4 copy paper. The box was broken and the top reams covering paper was torn, fortunately the copy paper inside was not damaged. The previous copy paper order was delivered in a box that was also damaged. There was a large hole underneath the box and several of the papers contained in the last ream also had holes in them, so it appeared that something had poked through the box at some point.
