I have had a bad shoulder which has been getting progressively worse over the last couple of months. I had 1 session with Gemma and I can honestly say the improvement is amazing. It has not completely solved the problem but I am attending for another session this week.

I have been going for regular massages with Gemma at Ontargetmassage for about 2 years now and I would highly recommend her services to anyone. She does a wide range of treatments/techniques, but the hot stone massage is my favourite and very professionally executed. I have ongoing persistent problems with a very tense shoulder muscle and Gemma uses various techniques to ease the muscles and help relieve the tension in that area.

Great full body massage with hot stones- just what I needed after a full on week of hockey. Highly recommend- I have a massage every three weeks to keep my muscles moving for sport. It really helps - wouldn't be without it. Makes a great present too - many of my friends and family have benefited from Gemma's range.
