Last time i made a visa and i did a mistake by entering wrong date.. Then i sent many emails and i call the phone number to fix my mistake.. No one answered my emails and phone calls

Well, I sat for few hours filling the forms and scanning, inserting the passport copies and finally submitting the forms. I was surprised to get the visas in 3 hours. However, I was disappointed to know that I payed double the price that I would have payed if I applied through other websites. When I asked about the discrepancy in the price. They answered claiming that they have more benifits ut non of them was useful to me. So, I lost 230 pounds for nothing.

Double the normal price without any useful service. Even though i required amendments of my visa due to airline booking change. And was not available during weekend. 2 days. . I will never use it again.

I had bad experience. I had to pay twice due to spelling mistake in fourth name. I am surprised why I upload my passport, if someone wouldn't check what is uploaded match with application.

I was mislead by Travel Visa UK site and paid the fees without receiving the service. Yet I contacted them to follow the status but there was no response. I was in a rush and got limited time, luckily I applied through the official site Gov.UK which I only recommend to apply through. I requested a refund and again no response thus I lost my money and learnt the lesson.

Hi, After I reached Kuwait airport, they found two UK Visa out of six for my family, have wrong information, one of them the flight number was printed K013 instead K103, and the other was showed the travel is from Doha where all of us traveling from Kuwait. I contacted you by phone but unfortunately no one answered because it was weekend and your office is closed. I have send message via your UKVisa site, Four of us traveled, and two return back, and got the correct Visa after 24H. For such mistake by you, it cost me almost $2640 as our tickets were on First Class They funny thing, at Heathrow airport they did not look to our visa, and they welcome us. Regards,

I lost around 3000 US dollars because the immigration mistake in typing my wife third name. It was not our mistake, there mistake and they returned us from the airplane gate.

i lost all my journey,hotel bookings and the tickets also the visa money for all of us, cuz only one letter in my partner name and must be someone assistance for modifying the name 24h. at the end it wasn't my fault, i typed the correct name, but i received it from them one letter more in third name, and they not helped me in time of entering the gate in last moment. we were going from muscat, Dubai,London in Dubai they did not agree to pass the gate to the plane. they must told us from Muscat we stayed in Dubai 2 days to check the Travel Visa than lately they replayed us there was a problem in system. i lost a lot of money non refunded for the hotels and my journey.
