I did receive 2 emails asking for feedback while my order haven't been posted yet. Received another couple reminders before I received my actual items. Order come from China but as far as I looked on the website all is based in the UK and registration address is UK as well. Item itself was "cheap quality" but price weren't. Would not order again. Not happy with quality and business is too pushy for feedback.

Service was reasonable & responsive when query was raised but the quality of the product was not as good as I expected for the cost if the item.

Good service - very happy I was surprised to get a call just minutes after placing my order - the rep was just checking that I was happy with the projected delivery date. As it was, the item was delivered far sooner than the date I was given. I would give 5 stars but the packaging could have been a bit better - the plastic box was a bit mishapen when it arrived as there was no bubble wrap around it, but it didn't really matter as the mug inside was fine.
