In the capacity of buyers, moving into the area, I was incredibly impressed with Harding Laity’s all-round business approach. Despite having to adapt their operations to adhere to Covid guidelines, they were incredibly helpful and always offered a completely professional service. Right from the very first telephone enquiry they were knowledgeable, polite and not the stereotypical ‘pushy’ agents the industry is synonymous with. I never felt pressured or was made to feel uncomfortable. There were inevitably a few blips during the whole journey (these things never go completely smoothly) but Val and Karen were always available for information and assistance throughout the process.
