Great service, I ordered from overseas to deliver to family in the UK and had to get in touch to confirm, really fast reply and order delivered in just over 24hrs. Would defiantly use again.

Buxtons wanted 14 days to service and repair my mower. That was Ok by me but I wanted reassurance that I could pick it up at the end of that period as I was going away. I overheard the manager telling the young lady that served me “charge him another £30 if he’s that desperate” When I asked what the charge was for he replied “your queue jumping”. I was gobsmacked. Needless to say, they didn’t have it ready on time.
