I will not be making use of their service anymore. They were supposed to send USD to the recipient USD account but they decided to use a terrible exchange rate and sent Naira to the account instead. That's a subtle form of scam. I don't know how they came up with the exchange rate. Avoid their service

I opened an account with them but later it was de-activated..Not convenient..It is not customer-friendly services..Better to stay away

This is ridiculous. Made a transaction on the 30th of Jan and money has not been made. They cannot be reached on the phone or via the chat. This is so unfortunate as I have previously not had any issues with them. I will not be using them again. Just want a refund now.

The transaction I made since January 30 is still pending. I had sent series of chats but no customer service agent to attend to my requests. This is very frustrating. Please avoid ping express they are now scam.

I sent money you Nigeria on the 30th of January, up till now there has been no pay6and no contact has been made by staff. You are directed to live chatt but no one is responding to your chat. Please be aware that this website is now a scam. Do not sent your money through them again. 150 pounds gone like that.

Ping express has been a disappointing experience to me. I came to ping express through a friend's recommendation but since then I have not had a reason to congratulate their service whatsoever. The service has been poor. Sometimes they keep transactions pending for days without reason or notifying the client of the status, sometimes they will inform inform that transaction was successfully completed when in fact the money has not gone into the account. I made a transaction since on the 26th of January (today is 28th) and the transaction is still pending. I have tried Chatting with their online chat but no response, I have sent an email and only received the automated email. Also, my transaction of 25th January was indicated as successfully completed but until today no money has entered the account. The worse is you can't even get response to your queries. For me, Ping is not a reliable platform for money transfer.

realmente fue muy buena la ayuda que me ofreció. es muy pan siente y amable, por que me ofreció una muy buena atención desde el principio asta el final de la instalación de la aplicación. por lo cual lo recomiendo a todas esas personas que somos algo lentos en los ordenadores. porque con el o ella, no se su genero. pero lo importante es que posee la personalidad indicada. para ofrecer la ayuda que muchos necesitamos. y para mi opinión, el o ella es capas de ofrecer un servicio capas de dejar satisfecho al cliente.
