My first time experience was so good am happy with their service.

So I had been seeing Ping Express ads on IG recently and honestly, at first I was skeptical to try this service out but I decided to take a chance and give it a shot especially because at the time, I didn’t have time to drive out to send money. Overall, I’m very satisfied, the transfer fee is very reasonable and the funds were eventually transferred successfully. I plan to keep using them for future transactions. However, the reason I took out a star and gave a four star rating instead of five is because in order for the transaction to be completed, for first time users, they require a one time verification which includes providing a valid government ID, a utility bill for proof of residence and a selfie to confirm identity. ( There’s nothing with this process though, infact it makes me feel safer to see the steps they’re taking to ensure transactions are secure and reduce fraud) The only issue I had with that, is that the person I was sending money to was expecting to receive it ASAP and unfortunately had to wait a while. (What if it had been an emergency?) My suggestion is that they should make this ‘one time verification process’ transparent in their ads so the users know before hand that the transaction will not be ‘Instant’ and verification can take a couple hours (as it did in my case).
