I strongly do not recommend this service. They operate on a credit system where I pay for a set number of credits each month. However, if I don’t use the credits within that month, they simply disappear—they do not roll over, even though I’ve already paid for them. This policy feels unfair and wasteful, as I am essentially paying for something I may not even get to use. What’s worse, this setup seems designed to force users into a lose-lose situation. If you try to use up your credits before they expire, you’re pressured into potentially buying more credits just to avoid wasting what you’ve already paid for. They clearly know this, which makes it feel like the system is rigged to ensure you either lose money outright or spend more and still end up losing. This is not a customer-friendly approach and offers very poor value for the money.
