The team at Hair Medics UK have been superb throughout the process of having two procedures at the London Colney site and I feel confident that the final results will deliver what was discussed. Rob has been excellent in providing consultancy and communication, whilst Dr. Shaw, Siraj and Saafia delivered a professional, well executed service on the day of the surgery. Dr. Fahad also deserves a special mention for his expert advice and delivering the PRP. What I appreciated the most is the sense that I wasn’t just a number; the team care about results and customer satisfaction.

Had a great experience from start to finish, Rob was always on hand on Whats app for anything I needed to know. Had my procedure done in Athens after an initial meeting in St Albans. Was very nervous as to how it would go and having read bad reports online about going abroad but it was very professional. Landed on the Sunday eve, procedure was done on Monday and returned home to London on the Tuesday. Said I would give it 6 Months to do a review as I wanted to see results first, started to grow from 3-4 months post op and at 7 months now I have a full head of hair again. Best decision I have made and would highly recommend Hair Medics.

On the lead up to my hair transplant I was feeling incredibly anxious and somewhat overwhelmed. From the moment I arrived at the surgery I felt much more relaxed and the surgical staff did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I have been home for one day and I have followed the post operation instructions set by the medical team and everything looks to be going as planned at the moment. After my surgery I can only have positive reaction to my treatment, I can’t wait to see my full results in 12 months.

My experience with Hair medics was very positive from start to finish. I first got in touch with Rob who talked me through my options and later helped organise my surgery. Rob was really friendly and helpful and right from the beginning was very honest about what would be best for me given my circumstances. When I decided to go through with the transplant, the op was booked in quickly and everything was very simple. Good communication throughout. On the day, I met Dr Ali and the supporting technicians Amal and Safura. They were quick to let me know what my expectations should be for the procedure and I was made aware of the best and worse case scenarios before hand. The op all went smoothly and the team were all very friendly and professional. I was well looked after throughout the day with lunch ordered in for me and Netflix to keep me occupied during the procedure. It's now been just over 3 weeks after my procedure. I've followed the post op instructions closely, the scabbing has gone and the transplanted area is looking promising. Rob has also been in contact frequently to check up on my progress. All in all, a very good experience provided by Hair medics and I look forward to seeing the improvements over the next year.
