Excellent service!

Great customer service and very convenient and (relatively) cheap option compared to getting blood work done. I ordered a Celiac test, but when I took it, I couldn't get enough blood to come out. They promptly responded to my requests and sent me a new test for free with extra prickers to make sure I could get enough blood. The results came quickly as well. Definitely would recommend, and the customer service I experienced went way beyond my expectations.

This test was super easy and convenient, it took me only a matter of minutes to complete and then mail it back in. Within a week I was emailed my results. Their customer service was AMAZING and they were so quick to get back with me on my questions. I was so happy to get some answers on my stomach issues I’ve had for years. Thank you Imaware!!

I originally ordered a kit through Amazon. It was missing some parts. Imaware rectified the situation quickly and sent me a new kit for free.

Despite a problem logging in to register a test, Customer support worked in a timely manner and the problem was resolved. I’m happy to be able to monitor my health without jumping through hoops and begging the doctor to do a test.
