Purchased our sofa on the 14th of November, promised a 4-6 week window. Strangely, around the time delivery was due the company disappeared. The website, the phone lines, everything. No-one ever returned our emails. Raised a dispute through our credit card and luckily got our money back so they must be in agreement with us. So disappointing. Not worth the hassle. Avoid.

Ordered sofa on 16th October 2024 and as I write this on 18th December I have still not received a delivery date, nor can I get hold of anyone when I call or email. Am starting to wonder if they exist…?!!

Darren really is such an asset to the business and knows his stuff. Spent the time to guide me through how to measure up and ordering a swatch. He also explained the little details that make the difference in quality such as using padding layers underneath (I forgot the name of the material used) which is missing from our Ikea sofa which explains why it's so cheap but also inferior to this new one we ordered.

Ordered the Monaco sofa as i thought it would be the best for the future if i move again. It's great and nicely finished and the fabric and colour options are great.
