Delivery was asked for; “after 4pm so it arrived at 3pm. I asked for the cod fillet to be ‘in one piece’. I was phoned in the morning saying it would be. In two pieces. On delivery, it was packed so that the se cond piece could not be seen, so suspected it was a second tail, so the cod was rejected and returned. On previous discussions with sales person, I had been advised to ask for the cod ‘in one piece’. In the telephone call today the woman said I should order “cod loin” I note cod loin is £10.00 per kilo more expensive. This is not the first POOR experience I have had with Regal Fish deliveries. I feel their standards are. Going down whilst their prices are going up!
