We had the worst experience using this pass which was not cheap as we paid $268 for 2 people. I highly recommend people not to waste money. All we had was bad experience. We were only able to use it for Schoenbrunn Palace. We took a Yellow Hop on Hop off from Vienna Opera House and picked up our ticket there. On the way back we took Yellow HOHO again and dropped at the Belvedere Museum 21. After visiting it, we came out to get the bus which was scheduled to come at 2.50Pm I think according to the brochure. The bus never came , we waited in the cold until 3.20PM and took a taxi back. After that none of the activities were available as they were all booked and we could not use this Pass for anything. Such a wastage of money. Even the other red HOHO refused the Pass, which was so confusing. Never advise anyone to buy this, just be forewarned. I would rather pay for each place that was available to attend than wasting money on this pass that promised a lot but delivery was almost nothing.

Easy to pick up and use. Includes almost all important sites that you need to visit, with free entrance and even priority in entrance in some.

Come idea è molto bella, in teoria, ma in pratica, non è molto soddisfacente. Per alcune attrazioni, abbiamo dovuto prendere i biglietti d'ingresso, senza avere libero accesso, dovendo sprecare mezza giornata, per potervi nuovamente accedere il giorno successivo. Il bus turistico, incluso nel prezzo, non è agevole, in quanto impiega troppo tempo, rispetto ai mezzi pubblici, per raggiungere i vari punti d'interesse. La grande delusione è presa in giro l'abbiamo avuta all'attrazione della gita in battello, city cruiser. Ci siamo recati alla biglietteria 45 minuti prima dell'inizio e ci hanno detto che per chi aveva la Vienna Pass, non c'erano posti, mentre, continuava a fare nuovi biglietti per chi non l'aveva. Abbiamo chiesto di poter prenotare per il giro successivo e ci hanno detto che non potevamo prenotare, ma recarci lì nuovamente 10 minuti prima del prossimo, ma anche quella volta, non ci hanno fatto il biglietto. Sarebbe molto più comodo permettere l'ingresso libero, per chi ha la Vienna Pass, anziché escluderli.

Se potessi dare zero sicuramente sarebbe poco. È uno specchio per le allodole. I musei di Vienna sono blindati,occorre sempre una prenotazione per visitarli,soprattutto se si tratta di mete con grande afflusso. Non riesci a vedere tutto chiaramente,e in alcuni casi occorre un biglietto fittizio,come per visitare la torre della cattedrale di Santo Stefano,non è un salta fila! Vi suggerisco vivamente di non farla.

Ich fand alles super, allerdings war die Suche nach den Hop on Hop off Bushaltestellen oft ermüdend, weil man sie nur durch Zufall entdeckt… Oder, wenn einem der Bus vor der Nase wegfährt…

Der Vienna Pass hat funktioniert, wie ich erwartet hatte. Ich konnte es für alles nützen, ohne Probleme zu haben.
