First, they couldn’t even get my address right, which led to my package being lost in transit—somewhere in DHL limbo. When I pointed out their mistake, they gave me the runaround for weeks, trying to weasel out of their responsibilities with their complete ignorance of basic EU consumer laws. Their customer service is an epic joke—if you can even call it that. These amateurs can’t even string a proper sentence together in English, yet they have the audacity to pretend they’re running an international business. I’ve dealt with lazy, incompetent companies before, but this one takes the cake. No refund, no replacement, just excuses piled on excuses. They’ve wasted my time, stolen my money, and now think they can ghost me. I finally had to file a chargeback to get my money back, and I couldn’t be happier to be done with these clowns. Save yourself the headache and avoid this sorry excuse of a shop like the plague. Their 'service' is an absolute nightmare. If you want to throw your money away and be treated like garbage, then go ahead, order from them—otherwise, steer clear. Total 5H1T SHOW from start to finish.

Preiswert, viele Zahlungsarten und problemlose Lieferung.

Am Freitag den 23.8.24 habe ich mir das Sigma Buster RL 150 International Version bestellt. Am Dienstag den 27.8.24 war die Lieferung schon da in Deutschland. Die Ware war super verpackt und der Akku war voll aufgeladen. Das Rücklicht funktioniert einwandfrei.

Restituito, non ho mai ricevuto il rimborso perché le motivazioni sono state reputate "non giustificate". Comunicazione con il servizio di assistenza a tratti in italiano, a tratti in inglese...a seconda di come si svegliavano.

Venditore perfetto! Acquistato più volte prodotti che non sempre si trovano in Italia e mi sono sempre trovato bene. Unica nota negativa è il corriere italiano BRT che si conferma sempre il peggiore.
