The people are very professional

Purchased 4 tires. 2 of them would not balance. For weeks I sent FR Balance proof. Bottom line BBWheels' return policy is written so that they assume no responsibility for products they sell. They blame it on manufacturer. I pay to send 2 tires back, IF approved for exchange I pay to have non defective tires shipped back. If not approved IDK what happens. I assume if I want 4 tires on my truck I'd have to pay to have the 2 defectives shipped back to me. Not to mention the cost of install etc. Buy from BBWheels at your own risk. You will eat 2 what you buy if there's a problem.

I'm very very pleased with the services and the products that were available they were even nice enough to give me a call because I had messed up a little bit on my order and fixed everything up for me I can't wait for my items to arrive so that I can use them and be happy

The process was fast/but still waiting on wheels,(04/24 order place),give update when they arrive

So far everything has been great! Finding the right wheels to fit my bagged 03 s10 was easy and fast. Selection was incredible! Now just waiting fir my wheels to arrive
