Product arrived damaged due to a damaged pallet with a new one being placed under it leaving me with the issue of trying to remove the product without it falling over. About 20% of the product was chipped and had edges missing from where the original pallet had been damaged due to a fork lift I suspect. Received a phone call and was offered credit or replacement for damaged slabs. Very happy

Never received a tracking number or confirmation of a delivery date so had to chase after 5 days. Once I spoke to someone, I was promised a delivery on the following Tuesday. On the Tuesday morning I received a phone call telling me that the lorry broke down and I would get the delivery the following day. Website stated that any order over 3 pallets would have either a hiab or Moffatt to off load. I stated in the notes that this would be required as it was a residential delivery and was then met with a lorry and drag unit. The product is good but the service and customer care is very different from that advertised on the website. Wouldn’t use this firm again and will use my local builders merchant for any future requirements.

All slabs in perfect condition and we'll packed and dropped off as close as humanly possible to where they were needed. Very handy

Love the warm golden colour of the Ashbourne York Gold patio pack and the rustic feel created by the riven texture and varying sizes. Fast delivery and managed to make a garden wall planter from the pallet they arrived on! Great product at a great price.

Perfekt service 👍 The driver was slightly unprepared to drive the wheelchair to my door. The driver should have a small ramp for high curbs. My wife told the driver to put a wooden beam under the stroller, which was lying on the sidewalk nearby, and lean the beam against the curb. Unfortunately, the driver had no imagination.
