Efficient. What they promised they did

Quick service, good communication, extra flags provided on the order - I presume this was because some of the edges were chipped on delivery and one cracked. Product was economy therefore I didn’t expect perfection ( Bradstone 450 cream) ; even with a diamond blade and much care , the flags chipped easily!

Delivery was on time, but the guy delivering said it was kerbside only so refused to take them beyond the garden gate, 6 feet away.

Absolutely brilliant service provided, really good value, matched another company’s price. Emily was very helpful and kept us updated on the delivery. This is the second time that we have ordered from simply paving.
