Slabs were as advertised, arrived all intact as requested

We Paid for next day delivery but did not turn up in till 4 days later. When calling Simply Paving they kept promising it would be with me tomorrow but it took 4 days.Was took I would get a refund for shipping but never got that either.

Dealing with simply paving was a breeze. Delivery was a day later than predicted. That said was kept well informed so not an issue.

Just laid the Ashbourne reconstituted paving slabs. Love the colour and riven effect. Had a few broken stones in amongst the 3 packs I ordered which meant I couldn't finish the job but Simply Paving have promised to replace them without any fuss at all! Couldn't be happier!

Extremely good customer service

Simple to deal with if you know what you want.

The ordering experience was excellent, the only hitch was the courier service who arrived with a broken pallet truck which made unloading difficult.

Have ordered a number of the Bradstone Old Quarry patio set over a period of time. Always a good price and delivery is pretty quick too. Driver always calls to say he is on his way so I can be at home if needed. That said, no issues with delivery or where the items have been left for us. Thank you Simply Paving
