After purchasing a Madrid or Milan (I forget which) bed with mattress off Groupon, I discovered that it was supplied through 'sleep designs', so I did a Google search and came across this site. After looking at the reviews I was very worried and called sleep designs... They were very helpful and said that if I didn't want my purchase I could refuse delivery and get a full refund. Anyway the delivery arrived and I have them the benefit of trying for myself and I'm glad I did! Delivery was when they said it would be (and I live in a village so i assume most things won't arrive). The bed is sound and comfortable and is how it should be! Purchased a St James Bed in Crushed Silver which was Sleep Design branded. Cannot fault the bed. Well built, good delivery and super service. I would highly recommend buying a Sleep Design bed and mattress from my excellent experience.

I purchased a bed via Groupon and really wished I had stayed clear. The bed was poor quality the feet buckled after one use, customer services were useles and since November 2013 I still have a bed not fit for purpose. No bed and out of pocket. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

AKA Sleep Design Ltd Avoid this company at all costs! Ordered a product and it arrived faulty. Flatly refusing to collect the item and put right the fault despite the consumers laws - currently this matter is being monitored by Trading Standards. Watch this space.
