Straightforward, no nonsense approach from valuation to sale with easy access to staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. I was allocated a sales coordinator who not only acted as a link between myself and the buyer but smoothed out the numerous issues I had with my solicitors. I neede the sale to go through quickly and they ensured this happened. Well worth the slightly higher fees in my opinion.

As a landlord they always keep you up to date on your properties Ethier via emails or phone, always had excellent service when buying, selling, or renting with Balmer & Wilcock.They will always be our first choice.

They took 50% of my deposit for jobs they said needing doing when I left the property turns out they didn’t do any of the jobs they said needing doing Basically they robbed me of my deposit Do not use this company or trust them they will rip you off

I wouldn’t recommend this agent. No positive comments I’m sorry to say. No sale either. The above was my original review. However I believe the arrogant member of staff has now been removed, so I can safely say now you should have no reservations using this company. So I have changed my rating after a nice conversation with them.
